Affiliates rules

This Privacy Policy prescribes the manner in which Gawsoft, i.e. the administrator of the website webshotapi.com (hereinafter referred to as “Gawsoft”), processes personal data.

Definitions

‘Gawsoft’ means Gawsoft firm registered under the following address: ul. Wiśniowa 1, 59-500 Zlotoryja, Poland. VAT-EU: PL6941639921

‘Affiliate Program’ means a program which entitles users to receive commissions on the sale of products to individuals who came to Webshotapi.com through a referral link or used a special discount coupon assigned to an affiliate user.

‘Referral Link’ means a unique link to our website which identifies an affiliate user’s account.

‘Discount Coupon’ means a special code which gives right to a price reduction on our services. The discount code is unique to each affiliate program user.

‘Referral’ means a person who clicks on a referral link or uses a discount coupon when ordering services.

‘Affiliate Program Package’ means a unique package assigned to an affiliate user’s account which includes a percentage of commission on the net price, maximum percentage of discount on discount coupons.

1. General Terms and Conditions

  1. A user who signs up for the Affiliate Program represents that he/she runs business as a sole trader or a company, or is organized under another legal form related to business activity.
  2. The user should hold an active PayPal account or bank account. Any funds accumulated in the Affiliate Program account will be paid out using those details.
  3. The Affiliate Program consists in recommending the services of Webshotapi to one’s own users via a special Referral Link or Discount Coupon.
  4. It is forbidden to recommend our services using prohibited techniques such as spam, popup or other forms of advertising considered intrusive or prohibited by law.
  5. Webshotapi has the right to block Affiliate Program accounts that use prohibited advertising techniques.

2. Affiliate Program Package

  1. Each new Affiliate Program user is assigned to a standard Affiliate Program, i.e.: 25% commission on the net amount of payments for services sold to Referrals; Up to 15% discount in Discount Coupons; 30 days cookie validity; Approval of commission: 30 days following the Referral’s payment for the service.
  2. Webshotapi may offer unique Affiliate Program [Package] parameters to Affiliate Program users.
  1. Upon signing up, each user has a unique Referral Link through which any person who clicks on that link will be assigned to the Affiliate Program user’s account by saving the relevant data in cookies.
  2. Cookies will be saved in the Referral’s browser for 30 days of clicking.
  3. It is forbidden to force Referrals to click on the Referral Link.

4. Discount Coupon

  1. The Discount Coupon is assigned to only one Affiliate Program account.
  2. Each Affiliate Program user can create several Discount Coupons.
  3. The Discount Coupon entitles the Referral to a discount on our services set at the maximum percentage on net prices. The maximum percentage is included in the Affiliate Program Package.
  4. Once the Referral places his/her order, the Referral’s account will be automatically assigned to the Affiliate Program user.
  5. In the event that the Referral has cookies saved with the Affiliate Program user ID and uses the Discount Coupon, the Discount Coupon takes precedence.
  6. The Discount Coupon may be used by more than one Referral.

5. Commission

  1. The commission is calculated as per the rate defined in the Affiliate Program Package.
  2. The commission is only approved after 30 days following payment if the Referral fulfils all of the following conditions: places a purchase order, pays for the purchase order, does not request a refund of the payment made.
  3. The commission is calculated on the net amount after deduction of all discounts.
  4. In the event of a larger number of Referrals, Webshotapi may offer new terms and conditions of cooperation to an Affiliate Program user.
  5. The commission on sale is calculated automatically as soon as the Referral pays for the services and remains blocked for 30 days. If the Referral has not requested a refund of his/her payment after 30 days, the commission is automatically approved and made available for payout.

6. Payout

  1. Payouts are made once a month, i.e. on the 25th day of each month.
  2. The minimum payout amount is USD 10.
  3. All and any bank charges or PayPal fees relating to payouts are borne by Affiliate Program users.
  4. Payouts are made in bulk for all approved commissions on sales.
  5. Payouts are made via PayPal to the email address provided on signing up for the Affiliate Program.
  6. The user can change his/her email for payouts at any time.
  7. The user may request Webshotapi to change the payout method to a bank transfer by sending a prior message to that effect via a contact form on our website.

7. Final Provisions

  1. Any obligations under these Rules and Regulations are governed by the Polish law.
  2. Any disputes arising between Gawsoft and the User will be resolved by a competent court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Gawsoft.

These Rules and Regulations are effective as of 15-03-2023.
